PURPOSE
This position ensures environmental compliance for the entire company.
POSITIONS DEMANDS
This position requires the ability to understand environmental regulations related to air, water, and solid waste permits and know how to communicate with all levels of the applicable government agencies and understand how they are interrelated. The position also requires the ability to compile and prepare all routine environmental reports as required by air, water, and solid waste permits, and to revise existing permits and prepare new permits as necessary to ensure compliance. This position must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization and to effectively train employees to ensure that all permit requirements are properly understood.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
This position reports to the Environmental, Safety, and Health Manager. It has a seat on the company’s Environmental, Safety, and Health Team for environmental matters. This position interfaces with government agencies, senior managers, plant managers, corporate staff, field personnel, vendors, environmental consultants, and contract engineering and construction firms. The position has no direct reports.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & MEASURES
Environmental control – compliance with all air, water, and solid waste environmental permits.
New project environmental permitting – Meeting deadlines

Qualifications :

**This position requires a bachelor degree in chemical or environmental engineering, chemistry or equivalent, and at least three years of working experience in the processes noted above.**

2) Position - Plant Clerk

PURPOSE
Input accounts payables and production / shipment information into SAP. Provides administrative assistance to the Robinson plant. Provides backup assistance to plant administrative assistant.
POSITIONS DEMANDS
Must have a strong knowledge of plant operations, logistics procedures, customer targets, specifications and some process control. Must be able to interact, communicate effectively, and be decisive. Must have strong computer skills.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to the Plant Manager and works closely with the Production Control team and Plant Process Engineer. Deals directly with suppliers, corporate accounting, logistics, sales and marketing, some contractors and outside vendors, including but not limited to raw material suppliers and logistics providers, and the general public.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & MEASURES
Safety – No OSHA Recordables, Support the Safety Program.
Environmental – no reportable environmental permit excursions.
Administrative functions such as SAP input, and payroll. Input accurately and on time.
Maintain production data and balance inventory in SAP (production and usage). Input accurately and on time.
Generate bill of ladings for customer shipments. Accurate daily input by 2:00 p.m.
Maintain accounts payable – Reported accuracy by accounting.
Operating costs – Purchase safety and office supplies, stay within budget.
Purchasing – Perform routine purchasing (blanket purchase order and uniforms).
Confirm all purchases are coded properly and contain purchase order numbers.
ISO compliance –Preparation and filing of records; Track calibrated equipment.
Checked on a monthly basis and status checks provided by internal and external audits.

3) Position - Financial Projects Manager

• Consult with and provide assistance to CFO and other members of management in special projects and other financial analysis including but not limited to transfer pricing; energy project financial lead; IFRS; tax sharing agreements; BPC project lead; corporate governance. Measures: Number of projects completed accurately, on-time and with minimal supervision.
• Lead manager and developer of SAP accounting related modules including responsible for management, development, support and training for SAP FICO module. Measures: Number of training sessions held. Continued exploration of functionality and number of SAP issues successfully resolved (with aid of technical consultants).
• Risk management duties – data collection for annual renewals; maintenance of paper and electronic files; if claims arise, manager of claims; liaison with legal counsel on review of policies. Measures: Annual renewal data collection completed accurately and timely. No material gaps in policy coverage. Number of claims successfully concluded.
• SAP security and GRC manager. Measures: SAP security and GRC module kept up to date. Further exploration and implementation of GRC module functionality.
• Participation in inventory management team with direct responsibility of analyzing the financial impact of inventory related decisions and coordinate such impact with Controller. Measures: Number of inventory management team meetings held and accurate record of all inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate with Controller and consult with all segments of management responsible for policy or action that impacts accounting. Measurers: No gap in accounting policies.
• Back-up to Controller. Measures: Successfull management of day to day duties in Controller’s absence.

Qualifications :
|
|
BS in Accounting; preferably a CPA; minimum 10 years relevant experience; in-depth knowledge of accounting principals and methods with the ability to apply such knowledge to the accounting and business functions; strong working knowledge of computerized accounting (SAP required), spreadsheet, and word processing packages.
