Rain CII offers technical services support to customers in the application of our products. These services include:
- Design of coke quality by tailoring specifications to meet specific needs
- Recommendations on optimum blends if smelters use coke from multiple sources
- Analysis of performance
- Process improvement

These services are available
on an as-needed basis and utilize Rain CII's carbon and aluminum industry
expertise and Carbon Laboratory. Rain CII also works with external laboratories
and consultants to augment its in-house expertise as well as to supply
laboratory services with respect to product application.
Carbon Symposiums
Rain CII has hosted 21 Carbon Symposiums at various locations around
the world. The purpose of these events is to gather carbon plant operations
and technical personnel for round-table discussions and workshops on
various aspects of anode production and performance.
